  3. I can now accept the $25 US registration fee in local currencies.
  4. To determine the amount to send, follow these directions:

  6. 1)    Determine the equivalent of $25 US from the current currency exchange rate,
  7. 2)  Add the equivalent of $1 US for the exchange fee, and
  8. 3)    Round up to the nearest bill (Do not send coins through the mail).

  10. This method is slightly more expensive, but is easier for people in Europe 
  11. and areas where US currency is hard to obtain.
